Breaking the goals into two parts, long-term goals and short-term goals. Goals are set each Monday morning for the week. A review of all goals accomplished and unaccomplished was checked and organized at the end of the work week. Using colors to separate tasks by priority.

Identify your most challenging task and designate an hour to complete it. Stop and move on to another test if it's over an hour. Break your test task from most difficult to easiest. Remember to set buffer times, meaning an additional 30 minutes, if your task takes more than an hour.

Figure out your most productive time of day to get the hardest take done.

Have a schedule set for time blocking. Meaning a repeated occasion that takes place at a certain time of the month. For example, meeting with stakeholders every 20 days at 9:00 am. Set this as recurring in your calendars. This is also the best agreement upon by both parties or you and your team for flexibility.

Remember, the best way to keep your task/goals on track is to use software like Monday.com, Asana.com, etc.

Stay ahead of your tasks by keeping them all organized.
