How long does shipping

Digital Products are sent virtually via to your email or on our website in your "My Account" section or your "My Course" section. There is no shipping of digital products.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products (digital Products) there is absoluetly no refund or exchange.. 

There are no absolutely no refunds on any and all digital products.

7Figure Branding Queen is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to natural disasters, the shipping company, or any issues beyond our control. There are no refund or exchange of any items bought due to sanitary concerns, if you received the wrong item please provide evidence as described throughout our Store Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. i.e. The stickers and any other stationery cannot be used, worn, torn, modified, cut or damaged. The packages CANNOT be ripped from the packed all product has to return to us sealed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Exchange only when you received the wrong item(if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection if there’s an exchange. If rejected you will be responsible for shipping.
If you are approved, then your exchange of the wrong item will be processed, and your item/s will be shipped. You will be responsible for the shipping both for returns and exchanges.

 

CANCELLATION
Unfortunately digital items cannot be canceled because you receive it upon immediate purchase through your email and or on our website in your "My Account" section or your "My Course" section. There is no shipping of digital products.
