Private Label Rights (PLR) License Agreement

This Private Label Rights License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of purchase (“Effective Date”), by and between 7 Figure Branding Queen (“Licensor”) and the purchaser of the product (“Licensee”). By purchasing this product, the Licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of Rights

Licensor grants the Licensee Private Label Rights (PLR) to the product(s) purchased under this agreement. This includes the right to:

  • Edit, modify, and rebrand the product(s) to align with the Licensee's branding.
  • Resell the product(s) under the Licensee's name.
  • Use the product(s) for personal or business purposes.
  • Offer the product(s) as a bonus to other paid products.
  • Add the product(s) to paid membership sites or subscription services.

The Licensee may retain 100% of the profits from all sales of the product(s) under this license.

2. Restrictions

The Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:

  1. No Copyright Claim:
    • The Licensee cannot claim copyright or exclusive ownership of the original product(s).
  2. No Free Distribution:
    • The product(s) cannot be distributed for free, except as part of a lead magnet strategy to collect email sign-ups.
  3. No Illegal or Unethical Use:
    • The product(s) cannot be used for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
  4. No Transfer of PLR Rights:
    • The Licensee cannot sell or transfer Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR) to their customers.

3. Licensee Responsibilities

The Licensee is responsible for:

  1. Ensuring all modifications and rebranding align with ethical business practices.
  2. Properly representing the product(s) and avoiding any misleading claims.
  3. Marketing and distributing the product(s) in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Termination of License

This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee violates any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all sales, distribution, and use of the product(s).

5. Limitation of Liability

The Licensor is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Licensee’s use of the product(s) or breach of this agreement. The Licensee assumes full responsibility for their actions in connection with the use, modification, and resale of the product(s).

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Country].

7. Acceptance

By purchasing the product(s), the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Private Label Rights License Agreement.

Master Resell Rights (MRR) License Agreement

This Master Resell Rights License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of purchase, by and between 7 Figure Branding Queen (“Licensor”) and the purchaser of the product (“Licensee”). By purchasing this product, the Licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Grant of Rights

Licensor(7 Figure Branding Queen) grants the Licensee Master Resell Rights (MRR) to the product(s) purchased under this agreement. This includes the right to:

  • Resell the product(s) in their original form.
  • Use the product(s) for personal or business purposes.
  • Offer the product(s) as a bonus to paid products.

The Licensee may retain 100% of the profits from all sales of the product(s) under this license.

2. Restrictions

The Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:

  1. No Modification or Rebranding:
    • The product(s) must be sold in their original form and cannot be modified, rebranded, or repackaged in any way.
  2. No Transfer of Private Label Rights (PLR):

    • The Licensee is prohibited from distributing the product(s) for free, except as a bonus to other paid products.
  4. No Inclusion in Free Membership Sites:
    • The product(s) cannot be included in free membership sites, platforms, or databases.

3. Licensee Responsibilities

The Licensee is responsible for:

  1. Marketing and selling the product(s) in a legal and ethical manner.
  2. Ensuring proper representation of the product(s) and avoiding any misleading claims.

4. Termination of License

This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee violates any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all sales and distribution of the product(s).

5. Limitation of Liability
