• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of these products, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Mink lashes, lash boxes, Lip GLoss, Lip Oil, Lip Scrubs and all other products associated. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING

Wholesale orders take 7-14 business days to process before shipped

Regular orders take 3-4 days to process before they're shipped

Base orders take 4-5 days to process before shipped when in stock.

Lip-gloss kits take 7-14 business days to process before shipped

Once orders are shipped they cannot be chnaged.

To cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase please contact us.

After 24 hours orders cannot be cancels.

 

NO REFUND :

No refunds on any orders unless wrong item is sent.

7Figure Branding Queen is not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to natural disasters, the shipping company, or any issues beyond our control.

Wholesale orders & lipgloss kits may take additional time to process due to the labor time 

• Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

• There are no refund or exchange of any items bought due to sanitary concerns, if you received the wrong item please provide evidence as described throughout our Store Policy.

Returns
No returns unless you received the wrong item/s, Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. i.e. The lashes cannot be used, worn, torn, modified, cut or damaged. The packages CANNOT be ripped from the packed all product has to return to us sealed.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Exchange only when you received the wrong item(if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection if there’s an exchange. If rejected you will be responsible for shipping.
If you are approved, then your exchange of the wrong item will be processed, and your item/s will be shipped.

CANCELLATION
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a 10% flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

Only for a 24 hour cancellation;
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

No refund on sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For the USA 4-6 Business days
Rest of the world 6-20 Business days

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange item.
